This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA857125Q0106.This solicitation will be solicited under Sole Source. SOLE SOURCE TO: Nano Dimension USA Inc. CAGE Code: 83NR1 Business Type: Small The Contractor shall provide all the tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, training, and installation of a Certified, Pre-Owned Dragonfly IV AME System to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG); Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 9.104-1, prospective vendors/interested parties must provide documentation that demonstrates they have adequate financial resources, or the ability to obtain them, to perform the work required in this solicitation. Included in this documentation should be: 1) A narrative statement from your company on how you can successfully cover your financial responsibilities if awarded this contract action. Your narrative should be able to explain how your company can carry that debt during and up to completion of contract. 2) Any substantiating documentation that you feel would bolster your position. Examples of substantiating documentation can be found at DFARS 232.072-2. A pre-award survey will be requested through DCMA to determine financial capability as a part of the government's evaluation of proposals.

This requirement is a sole source commercial supply for a certified, pre-owned Dragonfly IV Additive Manufacturing Electronics (AME) System to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) at Robins AFB, GA. This procurement will be awarded to the OEM, Nano Dimension USA Inc. They are the developer of the Dragonfly IV AME System and do no allow for third party resellers/distributors of this product.
