The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and parts for on-site services. Contractor shall coordinate delivery and optional installation of key boxes in the dorm management office. Contractor shall provide on-site training on the use and set up of key management system. Contractor shall remove all trash created during services.

Amendment 01 - Amended the solicitation removing the previous Statement of Work and attaching an updated version, taking out all wall-mounting language. - Amended the Combo, changing the RFQ Number from FA442725Q1150 to FA442725Q1148. - Attached Questions and Answers document to SAM post.
