The contractor shall provide complete service for the proper collection, handling, on-site shredding, and ultimate removal and recycling of shredded documents. The contractor shall ensure that the services are performed in such a manner that all documents that require shredding are kept secure throughout the entire process. All material shall be crosscut shredded to ensure complete destruction of security information. The contractor shall transport the bins to the shredder truck, shred the paper on-site, and return the empty bins to original locations maintaining full security at all times.
