DNA and RNA Extraction PCA-NIA-02375

Provide custom DNA extraction from mouse whole blood (white cell pellets) and custom DNA and RNA extraction from mouse organs (lung, spleen, heart, kidney, brain, liver). Ensure the methods, chemistry, instrumentation, workflow, and quality-control criteria match those used for the previously generated dataset to avoid batch effects that would distort methylation signatures, gene expression profiles, and sequencing quality.

Any change to extraction chemistry, equipment, workflow, or QC thresholds, including use of Agilent RNA QC, would introduce unavoidable differences and cannot be corrected computationally, making the new data incompatible with the existing dataset and jeopardizing the manuscript and continuation study. The approach must replicate prior methods to maintain data compatibility.
