In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified vendors, who are able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requirements for Equipment, CCTV Cameras, Licenses and Installation, at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center Directors Office. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of the Senior Security Office/Physical Security and Infrastructure Office, has a requirement for a modernized security camera system with analytics in order to comply with the VA 0730 Handbook, Security and Law Enforcement, and the Office of Information and Technology (OIT) VA Directive 6517, 6518, 6500 (6500.6 and 6500.11), 6008 along with the OIT Strategic Plan and Veterans Affairs Enterprise Architecture Principles. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense.
