Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure disinterment support service are performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 812220 - Cemeteries and Crematories and the Small Business Size Standard is $25 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Specialist no later than 01/28/26 @ 1PM (PST). Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment on SAM.gov. Contractors must follow the instructions in the solicitation (SF 1449 pages 88-94) and submit all required documents in order to be considered for competition. Contractors who fail to submit all required doucuments will be eliminted from competition.
