Summary
AI-generated · Jan 27, 2026DMSMS services are being procured to support the EA-18G Airborne Electronic Attack Suite and the P-8A ALQ-240 common assemblies, subassemblies, and component parts, aiming to identify and mitigate diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages. The work is a five-year cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort task order with one base year and four option years.
This action is sole-source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, based on lack of sufficient technical data, excessive duplication of government cost if competitive, and unacceptable delays through other sources. While any responsible source may submit a capability statement, the government may choose not to compete. Solicitations and amendments will not be posted to SAM.gov and will be available only from the designated point of contact; interested subcontractors should contact NGSC directly. All potential offerors must be SAM registered. Questions should be directed to the identified POC.
