Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA). Technical evaluation criteria are as follows: single diamond substrate 10 mm by 10 mm by 100-micron thickness grating height >4 micron 2*5 grating on each substrate, 1x4 area for 2?m pitch, 1x4 area for 1?m pitch, 2x1 for 4?m pitch). The duty cycle variation: from 35% to 50% with a step of 5% for the gratings with 1?m and 2?m pitch; and 40%and 50% DC for 4?m pitch. At the bottom of the grating, the pitch should be within 5% as compared to that of the nominal value grating period accuracy <2 nm each grating area is 1 mm by 0.5 mm. Orientation of grooves is parallel to 1 mm edge of the grating with error <1 milli-degree. Please provide a price and lead time quotation by COB 7/4/2025.
