Jennifer Moreno Medical Center is VASDHS main campus and is a teaching hospital providing a comprehensive range of services, leveraging state-of-the-art technology alongside education and research initiatives. BACKGROUND: The VA San Diego Healthcare System needs to enhance its wayfinding and address existing deficiencies in order to improve the navigation experience for patients and staff across multiple locations. PURPOSE: The contract requires a contractor to deliver a complete solution, including but not limited to concept, design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of a digital wayfinding system to improve veterans experience at four VASDHS facilities. This includes recurring updates to graphic design and fabrication services to establish a comprehensive wayfinding system. The system will be essential for identifying, regulating, directing, orienting, and instructing patients, visitors, and staff.
