The 934th Airlift Wing intends to issue solicitation FA6633-25-R-0001 to solicit proposals for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Project #QJKL 24-0014, Repair Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Building 821 & B870. A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or after 30 July 2025. Paper copies will not be available. The entire request for proposal (RFP) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. It is anticipated the following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe). The purpose of this project is to Design and Build the Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Building 821 & 870. Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, and supervision to perform project in accordance with the statement of work, specifications and drawings. Period of Performance (PoP) is 472 days (design phase 189 days and construction phase 283 days) after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Location is 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100.
