This is a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), for Design-Build, Construction and Commissioning services at Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition facilities within the United States. The purpose is to obtain industry questions, comments, and feedback on its contents prior to release of the Final RFP.
