Design, Build, and Commission a Modern 155MM LAP facility at IAAAP. W519TC-25-C-0032

On August 15, 2025, the U.S. Army s Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition and U.S. Army Contracting Command Rock Island awarded contract W519TC-25-C-0032 with a ceiling of $635,200,000.00 to MSM Group North America Inc. to design, build, and commission a modern 155mm Load, Assemble, and Pack facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. The contract was executed as a sole-source undefinitized contract action under the authority of Section 3204(a)(7) of Title 10, United States Code (10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(7)), Subsection 1244(a)(2) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023, as amended by Section 1242 of the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2024, Defense Pricing and Contracting Class Deviation 2024-O0005, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5106.302-7, Public Interest, and AFARS Appendix GG.
