Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Lockheed Martin, Derco (8X044) for 296 Lockheed Martin NSNs, as a follow-on to the existing LTC SPE4AX209403 action, using FAR 15 procedures. Non-OEM sources may express interest by identifying the NSNs of interest, capabilities to supply for the contract period, available quantity, and price, and by submitting a letter of interest to the designated acquisition specialist and SBA PCR. All responsible sources may submit a proposal; participants must be SAM.gov and ORCA registered and hold a valid DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification Number. Quotes must be received by the stated closing date; late submissions may not be considered. An archiving policy will automatically remove responses 15 days after the response date.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the acquisition strategy of this procurement.
