The associated NAICS is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of under $45 million. The applicable PSC is P400 (Salvage - Demolition of Buildings). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All individuals must pre-register prior to June 2, 2025 at 11:00 PM CST. Those individuals who do not pre-register prior to the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the site visit. No other site visits will be conducted. Access for individuals who are not United States citizens cannot be guaranteed. Questions are due by or before COB on June 19, 2025.
