CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- NJ-WSD is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of performing all requirements in the SOW of but is not limited to Grenade Pits United States Army Garrison Fort Devens MA. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 238110: Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for a period of performance that will be 365 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Specification of Work. 2. PROJECT SCOPE: requires the procurement of professional services to construct 3 concrete forms 2.7 meters x 2.7 meters x 1.5 meters with a .6 meter wall to the rear of the mold and a .25 meter overhang to the front of the pit. The floor of the mold should be textured and at a slight incline towards the front of the pit. Drainage is required inside of the pit. A 1 meter x 10 meter wall and a .25 meter overhang to the front of the wall is to be constructed as well. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested firms shall submit a Capability Statement and email to alyssa.l.hampton2.civ@army.mil . Submission shall be received by 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 4 June 2026 and shall not exceed four (4) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. This request for information is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government.
