This is a sources sought notice announcement only. This advertisement is not a soliciation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. We are seeking responsible vendors to provide two Dell Servers, model Poweredge R6660 Rack Servers for service at the Portland Area Office, Portland, Oregon. The vendor shall furnish the equipment, which includes inside delivery. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of all qualified native small businesses, small businesses, or large businesses: (2) whether they are: HUBZone small businesses: service- disable, veteran owned small businesses; (8a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS),334111 code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office (PAO), Division of Information Resource Management (DIRM) has a requirement for brand name equipment, in Portland, Oregon. Solicitation number 75H71325Q00035 Dell Servers, Poweredge R660 Rack Server, quantity of 2 each, in accordance with attached specifications is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this request is 334111 with a business size standard of 1,250. Prospective Offerors are invited to submit quotes in reference to the solicitation cited above. The quote should include, at a minimum, the following: 1. Firm Fixed Pricing, in the form of total aggregate amount for each server, do not list multiple line costs for the server. 2. Estimated delivery date, ARO. 3. Completed & signed Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Representation Form (ISBEE) 4. UEID number & cage code number, associated with the System for Award Management (SAM) registration. 5. There is not a loading dock, only street parking is available. There is not a freight elevator. The elevator weight limit is 3,500 lbs. Door entry width is 38 inches, pallets do not fit through the doorway. Set-Aside: Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If IHS does not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from ISBEE set-aside, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other small business concerns.
