This is a Sole Source to Dell Federal Systems L.P. due to other vendors can supply the base model Dell Pro 14 Rugged RB14250 with the same part number, however these particular labtops are required to meet a unique combination of requirements for interoperability and commonality within the existing AN/GRN-33(V) ILS System infrastructure while maintaining cybersecurity requirements. The requested laptops are required for Indra s Model 2237 Portable Integrated Receiver (PIR), which is part of the already fielded and tested AN/GRN-33(V) ILS System.
