REGULATORY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE** * **TÜV Testing:** The Contractor is responsible for performing, coordinating, and funding all mandatory periodic Technischer Überwachungsverein (TÜV) / TUEA safety testing and certifications on the bulk storage tank in accordance with German safety regulations (*Betriebssicherheitsverordnung*). * **Language:** Delivery drivers and contractor point of contact must be fluent in English. **4. QUOTE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS** To be considered for award, offerors must submit a complete quote package via email containing the following documents: 1. **Completed SF 1449:** Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c must be filled out and signed. 2. **Completed Pricing Schedule:** Offerors must insert unit prices and extended amounts for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) across the Base Period and all Option Periods. 3. **Technical Capability Documentation:** A written statement or a sample Certificate of Analysis (CoA) demonstrating the ability to supply Medicinal Bulk Liquid Oxygen meeting the required purity standard (>=99.5%) and compliance with USP, DAB, or EUAB monographs. 4. **Company Information:** Vendor's active SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE/NCAGE code to verify active SAM registration. **5.
