Pre-solicitation notice is offered for the upcoming United States Coast Guard (USCG) solicitation for the supply of Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS) OEM shaft and rudder seal kits. Only the OEM or its authorized distributors will be able to submit a proposal. No responses are required at this time.
