AMENDMENT 1: This amendment changes the due date, posts the answers to the questions posed, and gives a revised quote template due to errors found in the template. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for DDE 1st Year Instructor 25-30 at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA.
