Amendment to the DAF Family Advocacy Program Sources Sought expands eligibility to allow first-tier subcontractors to submit relevant experience, and seeks early market research on industry capability and interest in providing family advocacy services. Wright-Patterson AFB’s 771 ESS is coordinating on behalf of the Air Force Family Advocacy Program to gauge how providers could structure, staff, and execute these complex services across 76 installations and 2.6 million DAF families.

The requested services are comprehensive, evidence-based family advocacy support, including domestic abuse and child abuse prevention and education; addressing behavioral challenges in youth; victim advocacy and crisis intervention; clinical assessment, counseling, and case management; and new parent support and home visitation. A final Performance Work Statement will accompany the future solicitation with the full requirements. Interested firms should submit a white paper detailing operating approaches and complete the survey at https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/dzLdYjzaFj.
