Solicitation, 36C25025Q0979, will be issued on or about SEPT 25, 2025, Veterans Affairs VA Medical Centers Pharmacy Departments within the catchment area of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Period of performance will be 11/1/2026 10/31/2030 base period and FOUR (4) option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 with a size standard of $34.0 million.
