NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 intends to award a Limited Source, firm-fixed price order to LRP Publications Inc off of GSA award to provide Cyberfeds online access for use by the VISN 1 Healthcare System. Cyberfeds is the only source which provides up-to-date versions of Dewey Publication library, Peter Broida s Guide to Merit Systems Protection Board Law and Practice, Earnest Hadley s Guide to Federal Labor Relations Authority Law and Practice, and Federal Sector Equal Employment Law and Practice . Cyberfeds is the only online website providing access to Dewey Publications Library, The Hadley Handbook, and The Broida Report. The period of performance will be one year, with four option years.
