PCAC anticipates soliciting quotations and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for these subscription services. DESCRIPTION Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement for detailed requirements. Offerors should be prepared to submit an authorized reseller letter from the OVID Synthesis producer as part of their offer. ADMINISTRATIVE A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote [RFQ] in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation [FAR] Parts 12 and 13. The solicitation will be set aside for Small Business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 519290 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is DA10. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 23 June 2025, for approximately ten [10] business days. Offerors will be required to submit their quotes electronically via email.
