Provide information on a unified, single-portfolio platform that combines IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Human Resources Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Security Operations, and Governance, Risk & Compliance in one SaaS solution. Address AI and workflow automation capabilities (native vs. third-party), low-code/no-code development and governance, ITSM depth (incidents, changes, problems, CMDB, asset lifecycle), integration options (APIs/connectors), and migration/adoption approaches with minimal downtime. Provide details on scalability for a large federal enterprise, licensing models for enterprise agreements, and relevant security certifications.
