Include detailed analytics (open rates, click-through, deliverability), reporting capabilities, error-reduction features (proofing, test emails, deliverability tips), and scheduling/automation. Must integrate with EPA systems (Outlook, Drupal) and be compatible with invoicing requirements; ensure 99.9% uptime, strong training and support resources, 508-compliant accessibility, and strong security/compliance (e.g., encryption, access controls). Pricing must be transparent, and this is for market research with no guarantee of a solicitation or award.
