NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Operations Center, National Procurement Team, intends to make a sole source award to Managed Business Solutions, LLC to provide Wild Horse and Burro Online Corral (OLC) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Services. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the Date of Award and will include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, for six (6) months, for up to an 18-month Period of Performance. This award will be made in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 05:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 18, 2025, the task order will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
