AI-generated · Mar 31, 2026

Enter into a purchase order for telecommunications services to furnish all circuits, bandwidth, connectivity, and related services needed to provide reliable Internet and voice communications that support USWFS mission-critical fire operations. The work must integrate seamlessly with the existing campus-wide telecommunications infrastructure to support operations from the NIFC campus. A determination to solicit from a single source is being prepared because market research indicates only one responsible source can meet the requirements.

Vendors may submit a capability statement with evidence they can provide the requested services and, if possible, a brief price breakout for comparison with the Independent Government Estimate (IGE). Include a description of capability to perform the stated services, as well as the vendor’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN), and indicate whether the vendor is a small or other-than-small business. Registration in SAM.gov is required. Responses will be used for market research to determine whether to pursue a competitive procurement. Questions regarding the sole-source action should be directed to the Contract Specialist by the specified deadline.
