A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334511. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is May 26,2026 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. D-Fend does not authorize third-party providers.
