This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 562991, septic tank and related services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.0M. Solicitation 127EAT25Q0059 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. The Cleveland National Forest is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified organizations to enter a firm-fixed-price contract for CXT Vault and sceptic pumping services.
