The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Werfen USA LLC to provide reagents, test kits and test sets for use with the Echo Lumena Blood Bank System. The estimated Period of Performance will be from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Werfen USA LLC. in accordance with GSMAR/R 538.7104-3(a) Exceeding MPT, but not exceeding the SAT. the ordering activity contracting officer must determine in writing that the circumstance of the acquisition deems only one source reasonably capable of providing the products, services, or solutions. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
