Summary

AI-generated · Mar 28, 2026

Crane services nationwide are sought to install weather caps and cab glass on air traffic control towers and shelters at airport facilities, over multiple years. This market survey aims to gather statements of interest and capabilities to help the FAA decide the procurement approach and competition method, potentially covering some or all of the cities listed in Attachment 1. Responses are for informational planning only and are not proposals.

Provide a capability statement with: company name, business size, CAGE/UEI, the cities you service, and contact information; include certification letters for SDVOSB or SBA 8(a) eligibility if applicable. The eventual procurement method has not been determined; the FAA may pursue full-and-open competition or set-asides for small business, SDVOSBs, or 8(a) eligible/disadvantaged firms. This is not a request for proposals, and responses will be used to develop a source list. Submissions and questions must be in writing via email to the Contract Officer; no phone calls. Submissions are at the respondent’s expense.

This is not a screening information request or request for proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals currently. The responses will be used to develop the source list for this requirement. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey.
