Long term is defined as up to one year per option period. Short term is defined as weekly to monthly increments per piece of equipment. The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Non-Reoccurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date of May 2026. Sources sought include small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled small business, HUBZone small business, small-disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $19,000,000. Interested vendors should, at a minimum, fill out and submit the attached Sources Sought Information Form, inclusive of the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, business size, and small business status.
