The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source contract to FiscalNote to continue on-line services for the following: CQ Legislative Tracking (Advanced) +News, U.S. Federal - Legislative Tracking Advanced, News & Schedules, CQ Magazine - PDF - Add-on, Budget Tracker Newsletter. Services also includes: FiscalNote - U.S. State - Legislation & Regulation - All States and CQ AI Generated Transcripts. CQ Roll Call, along with the rest of CQ.com, is owned and operated by FiscalNote, a leading provider of political and business risk solutions. CQ Roll is currently in use at the FCC and another reporting source will not work in providing coverage to encompass CQ s State Tracker, for legislative histories and congressional research. Losing CQ would limit the Agency s resources on matters that relate to Capitol Hill and it would make it exponentially harder for the agency to obtain the information needed about acts of Congress. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period (08/16/2025 08/15/2026) plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 - 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal or quote.
