Summary

AI-generated · Oct 24, 2025

SAWTST, LLC has been identified as the sole-source bridge contractor for Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services (TETSS) at White Sands Missile Range, for a period of up to three months. This sole-source action is being pursued under the authority that allows a single responsible source when no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached to the notice. This is not a formal RFQ/RFP, and no obligation to issue a solicitation or award a contract exists at this time; unsolicited proposals may be considered, and the government will not reimburse information/administrative costs.

Respondents are invited to demonstrate their ability to meet the required Technical Services objectives, including testing, data analysis, and pre-test/event activities per the government’s task authorizations. Provide evidence of similar past performance (size, scope, complexity, and timeframe), relevant certifications, and experience delivering services across diverse environments (CONUS and OCONUS, military installations). Include company information (size/status, and, if applicable, small-business certifications), and indicate whether you would bid as a prime, or pursue subcontracting/teaming. Limit responses to five pages and include points of contact and standard identifiers (as available). Submissions should be sent by the stated deadline via the designated contracting office channels, with a note that future solicitations (if any) will be posted on SAM.gov. The government will not pay for information provided in response.
