The Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program is requesting for Contractor to provide maintenance and repairs of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system for office areas, classing lab and receiving room, at the following locations: Cotton and Tobacco Program Cotton Division 3545 Twin River Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78410 The USDA, HVAC classing lab and receiving room conditions must be maintained at 70 degrees (+/-1 degree) and 65% humidity (+/- 2 percent) to provide required conditions for the cotton testing operation. Office area HVAC systems should be maintained at a reasonable temperature to accommodate USDA staff. Services will be provided beginning Sept 20, 2025, until Sept 19, 2030.
