Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0060426Q4077 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a Coriolis Flow Measurement Instrument (Sensor and Transmitter) in accordance with Attachment 1: Salient Characteristics. This acquisition will be awarded on a full and open competition basis. The Small Business Office concurs with the full and open competition decision. To be rated technically acceptable, the Quoter shall provide a quote with unit, total price and delivery timeframe for all items listed in Attachment 1. To be eligible for award of a purchase order hereunder, the Quoter must be determined by the Contracting Officer to be a responsible prospective Quoter in accordance with FAR 9.1. The Government may utilize a combination of various Government database repositories used to determine that a contractor is responsible. Such sources include but are not limited to the following: System for Award Management (SAM) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
