The Contractor shall provide all manpower, labor, equipment, materials/supplies, transportation, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide refuse collection, disposal and Recycling services for designated public use and administrative areas at the Coralville Lake Project, near Iowa City, Iowa, as described in the attached performance work statement (PWS) and elsewhere within the solicitation.

Solicitation W912EK26QA010 is for Refuse/Recycling Waste Management Services at Coralville Lake, Iowa. is is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a firm fixed price contract with a base and 4 option years. Award will be made to the offeror that can provide the services according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) within reasonable pricing (lowest priced) deemed to be int he best interest of the Government. Quotes received after the solicitation closing date and time are deemed late and will not be considered for award. Quotes that fail to provide all the required documentation stated in the solicitation will be considered non-responive and will not be considered for award. There will be 3 attachments: 1. Solicitation along with the cover sheet, solicitation, performance work statement (PWS), and wage determination. 2. Schedule of prices. Please fill out this attachment when submitting your quote. There are multiple tabs at the bottom to show each Option Year. Do not use the one in the solicitation as it is not broken down. 3. Maps of the Coralville Lake area. Please return the solicitation cover sheet, the schedule of prices worksheet and other required paperwork/information as requested.
