PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Contracting Department, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for a Contractor Owned Parts Store (COPARS). The contractor shall be responsible for providing all parts and onsite store operations. The requirement will be for a base and four (4) twelve-month option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
