Interested firms should be able provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products to include aviation turbine fuel commercial grade JP-5/F44 and naval distillate grade F-76. This requirement is to procure COCO fuel storage services with the capability to receive via Marine Tanker/Barge, store, protect, additize, as required, and ship commercial JP-5 and F-76 via Marine Tanker/Barge, Naval Vessel. Storage (fill capacity) of 765,000 barrels (BBLS) dedicated storage for 440,000 BBLS of Grade F-76 and 325,000 BBLS of JP-5/F44 is required.
