Provide construction services for the FY25 National Roofing Program Project #11 at Cross Lanes, WV and Dublin, VA. This solicitation is limited to work under the NRP MATOC Pool and uses a design-build IDIQ MATOC approach for building envelope, roof repair, and roof replacement in support of the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program, including Army and Air Force Reserve sections.

Work will be issued as task orders against an existing IDIQ MATOC. Eligible firms should be prepared to perform design-build roofing and related envelope work at the specified locations, with the scope focusing on roof repair and replacement under the National Roofing Program for reserve components.
