The project consists of an earth fill dam with stone slope protection 520-feet long and 55-feet high and a 75-foot-long weir. The work of this project involves the demolition of two existing out-buildings, and the construction of a new one-story wood framed project office building with a pitched roof. The building consists of offices, kitchen, restroom, reception spaces and an attached two-bay garage. The project includes the redevelopment and expansion of the existing paved area to provide additional parking spaces, and improvements to accessible access to the building.
