The works shall commerce in May 2026. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe to remodel the chancery yard and other improvements. The proposed remodeling addresses critical issues, including but not limited: demolition/removal of the added mound; masonry/construction of new paved areas and laying of pavers; carpentry/construction of new ramp adjacent to existing steps / hand and guardrail / construction of new stepped decking that creates an amphitheater like seating arrangement; landscaping/ regrading by restoring the original natural grade to the scope area / plants; green lawn; and electrical/new landscape lighting to enhance the design concept.
