The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has been using e-Builder (recently rebranded as Trimble Unity Construct) for its PMIS since 2018 as an enterprise tool for the management of the planning, design, and construction phases of the AOC s capital construction portfolio. The AOC is looking for a commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The entire environment must be FedRAMP certified, and the software provider has long term plans to maintain FedRAMP certification. The AOC is looking for a solution that offers a combination of purpose-built modules or solutions and a low-code environment allowing for flexibility and configuration by system administrators to AOC s business processes.
