Construction of ABA compliant bathroom in Embassy Bratislava 19L01026Q0002

The US Embassy in Slovakia, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order during the second quarter of calendar year 2026. The U.S. Embassy Bratislava, Slovakia has a requirement for renovation of current bathroom facility at the Embassy building to meet ABA (Architectural Barriers Act) accessibility standards. The drawings, bill of material and all necessary technical documentation for this construction project have been already completed by the A&E company, The work includes site preparation, excavation and foundations, structural modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and all necessary finishes to ensure seamless access and operation. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. Firms will be required to provide copy of business registration that clearly shows you are able to perform work in Slovakia and provide evidence of registration and physical presence in the country in the last five years. The RFQ documents will be published at SAM.gov.
