At a minimum, the following waste categories will be diverted from landfills: Clean dimensional wood and palette wood; Green waste (biodegradable landscaping materials); Engineered wood products (plywood, particle board, I-joists, etc.); Metal products (steel, wire, copper, etc.); Insulation; Paint; Gypsum board; Plastics (e.g., ABS, PVC); Fluorescent lamps Bitumen roofing materials; Carpet and/or pad; Cardboard, paper, and packaging; and Inerts (concrete, masonry, and asphalt). Disposal The Contractor will be required to dispose of waste in a manner that does not cause detrimental conditions to public health. The Contractor will assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, state, city, and county laws, rules, and regulations governing landfill disposal of waste materials.
