Upgrade the EHRM infrastructure at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center through a design-bid-build project that covers Buildings 1, 2, 3, 21, and 30. Complete all work per the 100% bid design drawings, specs, and project manual, with renovations to relocate/reconfigure/expand existing telecommunication rooms and related spaces, including new walls, doors, and finishes. Compliance is required with VA ISTS V4.0 and the VA Physical Security Design and Resiliency Manual (PDRSM).
