The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring office furniture located in Oakland, CA in support of Regional Watch Center Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued for a request for quotes (RFQ) for Small Business contractors.
