This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Manhattan, KS requires various delivery of compressed and liquefied gases. In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 5 and 12, this Request for Quote (RFQ), number 1232SA25Q0759, is available through electronic commerce via the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The applicable small business size standard is 1,200 employees. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a base plus four (4) option periods. A site visit is scheduled for September 5, 2025, 10:00 AM Central Time. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at osvaldo.rodriguez@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 4, 2025, to be added to the approved list. The final day for question submissions is September 8, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
