THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. This RFI does not commit the United States Capitol Police (USCP) to contract for any supply or service. The USCP is not currently seeking proposals. Purpose: The United States Capitol Police (USCP), Liebengood Center for Wellness (LCW) is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of delivering a comprehensive mobile wellness application specifically designed to support the mental, emotional, and physical health of law enforcement officers, their families, and support personnel. The envisioned application should offer confidential, on-demand access to evidence-based wellness tools, including stress reduction techniques, peer support resources, crisis response protocols, and access to professional care. The app should be customizable for agency-specific content, support data privacy standards appropriate for federal law enforcement, and address the unique challenges of a high-risk, high-pressure occupational environment. DEADLINES: Delivery of Responses: The Government requires RFI response submissions be delivered electronically to Michael.iszard@uscp.gov on or before August 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm EST.
